Summertime

Nothing like splashing around in a kiddie pool on a hot Vancouver summer day. However, having a water squirt gun and getting Mommy wet is also pretty fun!

Logan offered to help stir his scrambled eggs. Thanks for helping!

Toilet training

Logan's toilet training is coming along nicely. At home he will announce that he needs to do a "pee" on the toilet.

At the beginning, Logan would sit and wait, and wait on the toilet. Now it's a shorter wait.

The 2x M&M treat for doing a "pee" on the toilet has proved to be a good incentive.

I guess it is in the genes!

Happy 143rd Canada Day!

The annual Canada Day Parade held in the Lonsdale area of North Vancouver.

Nana's outdoor sitting area is very comfortable with beautiful flowers and birds that come and drink from the table top water fountain.

What started off as Mike putting together Nana's new laptop....turned into a BBQ and Birthday Cake for Mike's 37th Birthday the next day.

Happy Birthday, Michael!

The best gift ever!!!

Michael's Aunt Lorraine and Uncle Alec were visiting from Winnipeg. When asked what Logan might like as a toy, Michael was quick to remember that Logan absolutely loves playing with the marble structure at daycare.

It took Michael a good while to set it up, however, it was worth it! Logan hasn't stopped playing with it.
