Happy Canada Day 2013!

 The annual Canada Day parade in N.Van was in jeopardy of being cancelled.

A new group of volunteers stepped forward and the parade went on!

Finding shade was prime real estate for watching the parade.

Nice short haircut for the summer!

Fun at Stanley Park's Water Park

 Vancouver was treated to a long stretch of Sunny and very warm weather.

We had to find things to keep cool.

Michael & Logan ran under the waterfall together.

 Many different water features to explore...

 Logan had a lot of fun.

 A new Toys R Us shop opened near our place.  

For the whole month of June, they would have fun stuff for the kids to do. 

 One Saturday, they had a Lego expert doing demonstrations and "hands on" things for 

the kids to do.  Each Saturday, they had a woman doing face painting. 

 She was so good.  She completed this look under 10 mins.
